How we use your details
When you book or write to us, you trust us with details about yourself and your child. This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are
Your details are handled by Klinikë Logopedie “Speak Up”, in Tirana. For any question about them, contact us at the details at the end of this page.
What we collect
Only what you give us yourself through the forms on this site:
- When you book: the service, day and time you choose, your name, phone and email, and — if you fill them in — your child's age and your notes.
- When you write to us from the contact page: your name, phone, email if you give one, your child's age, the topic and your message.
- The IP address the form was sent from, to protect against spam.
Information about your child's health
Notes and messages may include information about your child's speech, development or health. We treat it as sensitive: only the clinic's staff read it, and it is used only to prepare for the appointment.
Write only what you would like us to know before the appointment. Everything else we can talk about in person.
Why we use it
To arrange and confirm the appointment you ask for, to reply to you, and to email you a copy of your booking and any change to it. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
We use it with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
Who else handles it
Inside the clinic, only the staff who deal with bookings and therapy. Outside it, only the technical services the site cannot work without:
- DigitalOcean — the server where bookings and messages are stored, in Frankfurt (Germany).
- Cloudflare — the network the site is served through, which also protects it from attacks.
- Postmark — the service that sends booking emails. It is based in the USA, so your name, email and booking details pass through it there to be delivered.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet the clinic's legal obligations. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies and does not track you: there are no analytics, no advertising and no outside services following your visits.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see what details we hold about you and your child;
- correct them if they are wrong;
- delete them;
- withdraw the consent you gave.
If you are not happy
Please write to us first, and we will sort it out together. You also have the right to complain to Albania's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idp.al).
